0.2.x Sable 2 Rewrite

The 0.2 series rebuilt the mod around the newer Sable 2 API. It added support for Sable 2 physics bodies/sublevels, improved build compatibility with Sable 2.0.3, strengthened tornado/body wind response, and introduced multi-point raw PMWeather wind sampling. Later 0.2 versions improved surface-aware wind behavior so larger structures and closed shapes responded better to tornado wind.

0.3.x Optimization, Tornado Updraft, and Aero Profile

The 0.3 series focused on making the wind system more practical and realistic. It added cached wind sampling for TPS optimization, smoother cached wind interpolation, tornado updraft behavior, smooth coherent tornado gusts, bounded lift heights, and wind debug commands. It also introduced the first cached aerodynamic profile system so rotation could come from object shape instead of simple bounding-box sampling.

0.4.x Stable Multi-Point Exterior Aerodynamics

The 0.4 series refined the aerodynamic profile into the main wind model. It fixed the local-space profile bug that caused unstable spinning, added small-object stability protections, restored realistic profile rotation after the fix, and changed wind force application to use exterior samples instead of center-of-mass wind. By 0.4.4, movement and rotation come from multiple exterior aero-profile pressure points, allowing sealed houses, large structures, and irregular Sable creations to react more naturally to PMWeather wind.
