plunderengine-0.1.2.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
PlunderEngine 0.1.2 (2026-07-26)
A small core release. Required by WindLink 0.1.2, which declares >=0.1.2 — so if you are updating
WindLink, update this too. Your launcher will tell you rather than letting it fail at runtime.
Why there is no 0.1.1
The core and WindLink used to share one build version, which meant every WindLink release republished an unchanged core under a new number. That was separated at WindLink 0.1.1 — and at that moment the core had nothing of its own to ship, so 0.1.1 was simply never cut.
Rather than leave the core permanently one number behind for no reason, this release jumps straight to 0.1.2 and puts the two back in step. There is no missing 0.1.1 to look for.
Changes
- Leaf-anchor timing counter. WindLink 0.1.2 adds a canopy field, and the core's timings readout now reports its main-thread cost as its own figure alongside the existing dust, light, heat and wind-flow numbers. It deliberately does not share a counter with the dust field: two systems adding into one number makes both of them unreadable the first time either one regresses.
- Config screen scrollbar. A proportional thumb sized from the same row counts the settings grid already uses, so the bar reflects how much list there actually is. This was built back at 0.1.0 and held back — on its own it did not justify asking everyone to update the core. It goes out here alongside something that does.
- The licence is embedded by the build, not copied in by hand when a release is staged. 0.1.0 shipped correctly, but a later rebuild dropped it silently and nothing existed to catch the difference.
- Core and WindLink versions are formally independent. Documented here because the version numbers will drift apart again in future, and that is intended rather than a mistake.
Compatibility
- Minecraft 26.1.x, Java 25+, Fabric. No Forge or NeoForge.
- Client-side only, vanilla-server safe.
- No config migration. Existing settings carry over untouched.
