What's new

PlayerSettlements 1.0.0

- Renamed Settlements to PlayerSettlements. Since someone sneaky took the curseforge mod name "Settlements" :anger:
- Set the release version to 1.0.0.
- Updated branding, mod ID, code, assets, menus, configuration paths and commands.
- Commands now use /playersettlements.
- Added legacy configuration and NPC migration, plus registry remapping.
- Retained saved claim data, NPC/raid records and player flag credits for upgrade compatibility.
