Nerfed elf bow damage
Potion effects such as night vision, luck, etc. are no longer removed in the situations they are not granted (so they can still be achieved by normal means)
Depth effects (night vision, mining speed, etc.) no longer exist outside the overworld
Dwarves now have scaling mining speed, and mine faster the deeper they go
