-Fixed bug where smaller races would sink down into mounts (boats, horses, minecarts, pigs, modded chairs, etc.)
-Revamped the config file, so now everything is configurable
Please delete the old config file before installing this version
Minecraft likes to do a funny thing where it will merge the old and new config files together since they are formatted differently.
