Placeable Gunpowder

Lets you place gunpowder much like redstone dust. It ignites with flint and steel (or fire arrows) and lets you create a non-redstone fuse trail for TNT.
What's new
-Fixed gunpowder not overwriting replaceable blocks when placing (like water and grass)
-Added ability to set flammable blocks on fire
-Added config option for above
-Added ingame gui for config option
