Pizza Chef

Pizza Chef is a mod which adds the ability to make custom pizzas and share them with your friends.

• Required Forge Version: 1.16.5-36.1.51 as of 1.16.5-0.1.1.10 (1.16.x versions are end of life and will no longer be updated...)
• Versions for 1.17.1 are currently compatible with all 1.17.1 releases

NOTE:

• This mod is still work in progress, some features may be missing or incomplete
• 1.17.1 versions have some rendering issues with the pizzas... This will be fixed in due course

Getting Started

To get started making your pizza you will need to start growing some wheat to convert into flour and tomato seeds to grow into tomatos. Tomato seeds can be found by punching grass.

Once you have wheat you can make a Granite Grinding Ball (used in multiple recipes) to make some flour. 1 Wheat alongside the Grinding Ball will produce 1 flour. The Grinding ball will lose durability on each craft. 7 flour, the gring ball and a bucket of water can then be used to make a pizza dough.

To start adding toppings you will need a Granite Pizza Slab which can be crafted with 5 granite slabs, check the recipe book for the layout. This slab can be placed down and can be used to craft the pizza.

• No GUI currently exists for the Granite Pizza Slab, however hoppers work.
• A Hoper above the slab can be used to insert the pizza, underneath to remove (lock with a level to prevent fallthrough)
• Hoppers on the East and West faces can be used to put ingredients on a pizza.
• Currently Ingredients cannot be removed however will be possible when GUI is added.

Once removed from the Pizza Slab, the Pizza can be cooked on a campfire, in the furnace and the smoker.

After cooking, place the Pizza back into the Pizza slab and use a Pizza Cutter to slice it into Pizza Slices. A pizza cutter can be crafted with a nugget of any kind (#forge:tems/nuggets) and a stick.

Pizza Slices currently restore no Hunger and Saturation due to #7701

Other Notes

• Tomatos can be crafted into more Tomato Seeds in a crafting grid.
• A Granite Grinding Ball can be crafted (Shapeless) with a Block of Granite, a Block of Sand and 1x Paper.
• The Granite Grinding Ball has 64 uses before you will need to make more.-
