Version 1.0.0 — Initial release

• Chat alerts for Shiny, Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast and Boss Pokémon detected through Pixelmon's spawn pipeline.
• UUID cache suppresses repeated alerts while entries are retained: 15-minute expiry and a maximum of 1,024 entries.
• Configurable alert radius (512 blocks by default; -1 for the whole dimension), optional coordinates and distance, vanilla amethyst chime, and optional on-screen title.
• Operator commands /rarespawnalert status and /rarespawnalert reload, with /rsa alias; permission level 2.
• Reload failure handling attempts to remove the temporary .reload.tmp file and logs any cleanup failure.

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.248+, Pixelmon 9.4.1+ and Java 21. Pixelmon is installed separately. The add-on is intended for the server; clients may omit this add-on but still require Pixelmon and a compatible base installation.
