Initial release candidate for Minecraft 1.12.2, Java 8 and Pixelmon 8.4.3+, built against Forge 14.23.5.2847 / Pixelmon 8.4.3.

• Rare-spawn alerts for Shiny, Legendary, Ultra Beast and Boss Pokémon. No separate Mythical classifier in this lane.
• Configurable radius, coordinates, distance, vanilla note chime and optional name title.
• Permission-level-2 status/reload commands and /rsa alias; Forge .cfg configuration.
• Delay notification until server tick end and confirm successful entity insertion, preventing pre-position and canceled-spawn alerts.
• Use the registered vanilla chime at the recipient's location, accept clients without this add-on, clear pending/deduplication state at server stop, and remove a stray space when distance is hidden.
• Include the MIT license in the distribution JAR. Pixelmon remains an external dependency.

Runtime recommendation: use Forge 14.23.5.2860 or newer compatible with Pixelmon 8.4.3. The project was built with Forge 14.23.5.2847 tooling; it was not runtime-tested on either version.
