ping-to-map-<journeymap|xaero>-<modversion>+<loader>-<minecraft>.jar. - Ignore pings from another dimension and pings rejected by Ping-Wheel's channel, distance or packet checks.
- Keep the author name when a teammate is outside entity tracking range.
- Clarify the automatic waypoint setting and the need for Xaero's Minimap; World Map can be used alongside it.
