Pigsteel [Fabric]

Fixed:

-Pigsteel Blocks weren't converting to iron blocks when placed in the overworld

Changes I forgot to list:

-Pigsteel now uses the copper oxidization code to function, so they now work identically (Pigsteel still only rusts in any dimension where beds don't work), this means that pigsteel blocks can be reverted by lightning

-Changed pigsteel block conversion sound (This is experimental, and may change based on feedback)
