Fixes

* Fixed crashing when summoning with Ars Nouveau
* Remove drops from revived pets to prevent duping
* Fixed Allay not being able to be placed down

Know Issues:

* The Dawn Era pets in altar and item will animate when they shouldn't.
* Some pets don't render on the Pet Altar screen.
* Some pets don't render correctly on the Pet Altar screen.
* Some pets don't render correctly on item.
