What's new
New
- Low latency mode (Reflex-like) – new Low latency setting (F6 / Video Settings). It uses OpenGL fences so the CPU can’t queue frames ahead of the GPU, which is the main source of input lag when a shader pack makes the GPU the bottleneck.
- On (default): at most 1 frame is queued.
- Ultra: no frames are queued (lowest latency, slightly lower FPS).
- Off: driver default.
- The F7 overlay shows how long the CPU waits for the GPU each frame, and the GPU memory in use (NVIDIA).
Fixes
- QDAA and other supersampling mods: fixed flickering and wrongly scaled frames. Held and generated frames are now presented at the real window size, so they match QDAA’s 2x downscale.
- Frame generation no longer turns itself off permanently when it gets too expensive (for example after switching shaders off). It now pauses for 5 seconds and measures again.
- Cost measurements are reset when settings change, so old values no longer trigger the auto-pause.
