Personal EMC Link

### Fixes
- Fixed a crash/log error with Inventory Sorter (Log4j IllegalArgumentException) caused by this mod
- Fixed ghost items being duplicated by Inventory Sorter, double-click pickup and similar features
- Fixed EMC going negative when dealing with very expensive items
- Items left in the input slots are now dropped when you break the link instead of disappearing
- Fixed the GUI background being rendered twice

### Changes
- Only the owner of a link can open it now (ops can too)
- Burning items now gives the same EMC as the Transmutation Table (damaged tools are worth less)
- If you can't afford a full stack, you now buy as many items as you can instead of nothing
- Way less network traffic and log spam when pipes are pulling from links

### Internal
- Code cleanup and refactor, now uses only ProjectE's public API
