Added an FE Charger Upgrade,

  • Put the pedestal on top of an inventory (where you put the items you want to charge with FE)
  • Give the pedestal FE power (with pipes or transferred in from another pedestal)
  • Wait for the pedestal to charge the items, which will be ejected into the pedestal inventory once full. (you can watch them charge up in the below inventory if you want)
