Updated to latest Forge 1.19.2-43.2.21

 

- Updated Modification Infuser Upgrade recipe to align with the 1.20 version (just cost a variety of overworld forge:gems now) [Prinny]

- Merged a PR from Christofmeg that does a lot of code cleanup [Prinny]

- Refactored Export Upgrade to work better (Fixes an issue with RFTools machines not being inserted into) [Prinny]

- Added Remote Inventory Targeting to the Export and Import Upgrades (An infusion is required to activate, needs a work card setup to use) [Prinny]

- Merged a PR from ArgonCrystal for xh_cn language file. [Prinny]

- Changed augment recipes to align with the 1.20 version of the mod(crafting is 1/4 the cost, dual handed recipes use crying obsidian and always make 2 upgrades, works with every tier now) [Mow]
