Fixed EC BloodMoon compat.
It was broken because EC LunarEvents have no tags attached in them. (Probably a bug in EC)
This included a workaround that adds support for default bloodmoon and default superbloodmoon.
Custom bloodmoons added through datapacks are still broken.
