PCA Leaderboard 0.1.1 (PCA staff portal)

New

• PCA mode now uses the PCA staff portal's leaderboard API. Put a system key (pcasys_..., with leaderboard read and write) in pca.apiKey.
• Every point goes to a Minecraft total tab and a tab for its category (Minecraft: Games, Minecraft: Quiz...). The portal creates the tabs on the first post and adds up the points.
• /leaderboard iam <codingUsername>: students link their Minecraft account to their coding username once. It's checked against the portal's student list, and a username can't be claimed twice. Teachers can still set or change links with /leaderboard link or on the web page.
• /leaderboard test checks the key with the portal.
• Points for players the portal doesn't know wait in the queue and are sent as soon as the player is linked. A score the portal refuses is set aside in refused.jsonl and the rest are still sent. The mod waits when the portal asks it to slow down, and pauses if the key is refused.

Fixed

• The page address in chat and the log now uses the network adapter that's actually connected, not a VirtualBox or Hyper-V adapter.
• The "Hidden" switches and the CSV button on the teacher view now display properly.
