What's new

- added "noplayer" setting for signs

- added config option to use fake-players to execute commands (use the "o!" tag, check wiki for details)
   - works as a quickfix for plugin commands not being otherwise accessible from a forge mod under MohistMC
- added customisable text for all event types, custom text also shows now under /pcmds status
