Particle Rain for Fabric 26.2

An unofficial update of Particle Rain, bringing the mod to Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric.

Particle Rain replaces Minecraft’s default weather with atmospheric particle effects, including angled rain, rotating snow, water ripples, mist, biome-tinted particles and desert sandstorms.

This port mainly updates compatibility for newer Minecraft and Fabric versions. The original mod, design and code were created by PigCart.
