- Added one shared exact finite formatter for parallel counts and Flux `BigNumber` energy text.
- Standardized display on base 1000 with up to three decimal places and the complete 39-entry
  unit ladder through `Att`.
- `AbsoluteInteger` parallel values now convert directly to exact `BigInteger` values before
  formatting; the display path never narrows through `long`, `double`, or `Long.MAX_VALUE`.
- `BigNumber` display now uses its exact coefficient/exponent representation. Scientific notation
  is deferred until the `1000^39` boundary, and finite values do not render as infinity.
- Rebuilt the Forge 1.20.1 artifact as `parallelapi-1.0.4-forge.1.20.1.jar`.
