• Added one shared exact finite formatter for parallel counts and Flux BigNumber energy text.
• Standardized display on base 1000 with up to three decimal places and the complete 39-entry unit ladder through Att.
• AbsoluteInteger parallel values now convert directly to exact BigInteger values before formatting; the display path never narrows through long, double, or Long.MAX_VALUE.
• BigNumber display now uses its exact coefficient/exponent representation. Scientific notation is deferred until the 1000^39 boundary, and finite values do not render as infinity.
• Rebuilt the NeoForge artifact as parallelapi-1.0.3.jar.
