+ Adds configuration options for dropping to the player or on the ground for fruits and crops
Logs are not included because SimpleHarvest does not provide a way to tell which face of the block was clicked so it is not possible to spawn it not inside the block.
* Fixes #1 - Apple fruit trees are not registered
* Major internal refactor with more reusable components
* Potentially will roll this mod into a more general SimpleHarvestCompat mod or something like that
