This mod adds a new dimension to the world which is a mirror of the overworld. You can adjust the seed, worldtype, generatorsettings and movement factor in the config file.
This mod require uteamcore!
The portal is created the following way:
Shift + right click a flower with the bonemeal

Please update this to 1.16.4 I would love to use this mod so I can have biomes o plenty/oh the biomes you'll go but also be able to have the ability to still have the vanilla world I can jump to.
So i'm interested in using this mod in a kind of "spectral plan'. I'm thinking in terms of like in Soul Reaver. So that it's a one to one but slightly distorted. I see in the config file to completely mirror the world set it to 0, My question is how different will it be at default or any setting in-between?
Gosh****. In 1.4.1.16 at least, I take a lot of damage coming back thru the portal even though it's completely clear all around, and take odd damage in the mirror world like there's ghost blocks next to it.
Edit: On my way back it killed me with suffocation damage saying I died in a wall, standing in an open field with nothing but the portal on the ground.
Is it possible for you update this mod to 1.16?
Also, here is an idea for a config option:
This proposed config option can have 3 settings: 0, 1, and 2. Setting 0 does nothing, and the mod will be the same as it is currently. Setting 1 resets the dimension every time you enter/leave/whenever works. Setting 2 resets the dimension on entry/exit and gives it a new random seed.
I'd like to use this as a resource world to come in, absolutely destroy, and come back to a pristine landscape.
I would greatly appreciate either or both of these additions.

So i have a lot of mods installed which include ores, dungeons and custom structure... does the mirror overworld also generate those? I really hope it does. If it does, do i need to do anything to activate this feature? Or is it on default?
Also i cant seem to find the config file, i have check like five time. Even when i delete all the other mods config file and load only the overworld mirror mod alone, its still doesnt seem to create a config file for me to check out the world generation setting, only ucoreteam cònig can be found

Yes it should work, but it depends on the mods and how they do it.

You have to put the Mirror Overworld's dimension ID on the dimension whitelist for the mod's structures. I don't know what the dimension ID is, but if I do, I'll reply with that.
Can you add a config for a World Border please?
I love the concept of this mod and plan to use it on a server, but it needs to have its own world border.
If I understand correctly, could this be used to basically have a 'resource world'
Whenever I add a mod to my server we have to walk really far away to get into new chunks for new world generation items to spawn, does the 'mirror' world take modded world generation into account?

Yes its like a mirror world. Since 1.14.4 all generion is completly bound to the biome so all features like ores and other stuff will get generated. Sometimes there are bugs that only the main world can be a custom type like biomes o plenty but for the most part it should work.
For the 1.12.2 versions the ore generation is not guaranteed because of the old ore generation stuff. It tries to do most of it but will likely generation less or more.
Does this work with Biome's O Plenty?

I love the mod but every time I try to use it (for 1.12.2 at least) it crashes the game during launch :/

There was no crashlog that I could find as it crashes before/during launch (though maybe I just don't know where to look), but I found the fix! I just had to change the dimensions's ID via config. I found that weird since I don't have mods that add other dimensions (to my knowledge at least).
