Ores Above Diamonds

- Extreme accuracy ore spawning specifically for the default config options. More accurate ore spawning for all config options.

      Before amethysts were spawning close to 2.75x rarer and black opals 7x rarer. Now they should be spawning very close to 3x and 9x rarer if you have the default config amethyst and black opal chance options.

- Black opal vein size and amethyst vein size both increased to 8. The 1.18.1 max vein sizes do not act as expected for some reason. Lowering these to less than 8 can disproportionally lower the total amount of ores spawned. (ex. Changing from 8 to 7 can lead to a disproportionate 25-30% drop in the total ores spawned)

- Default nether and end disappear on-air exposure chances both increased to 0.95. This value was determined after a lot of testing. I still encourage you to test out the feel for yourself though. See how far you need to travel to see one of the ores on a surface.

- Default nether ore values and end ore chances/vein size tampered to be very similar in efficiency and provide little advantage/disadvantage to mining in the overworld ore. The mining speed of endstone and netherrack was also considered. This change encourages mining in whatever dimension you want. Also provides a good baseline for all people interested in doing their own balancing.

- New config naming system. Every time I update the config or add new config options, I will increment a version counter (ex, oresabovediamonds-1.18.1_V2). The highest number at the end is going to be the most up-to-date config file. This way, you can transfer all your old config options over with ease while still having the newest config options/balance changes. I will not increment this counter on bug fixes, only with balance changes or new config options. Upon a new MC version, (say 1.18.2), I'll reset the counter to V1.

- Many bug fixes and typo corrections.

Could still be more bugs, so as always please don't be afraid to report them and I'll usually be quick to fix them if I can.
