Ores Above Diamonds

- Major code changes with the aim to make the mod more stable. A lot of users have been crashing due to bad interactions with this mod and other mods, with this mod being the faulty one. I've used Cadiboo's modding guides to standardize my code, shoutout to him. Hopefully, it fixes some of the crashes.

- Fixed a bug allowing the ores to be harvested using any tool.

- Fixed the commands module a little bit. It's all hardcoded so it's extremely messy. One day I'll revamp it. Also, remember even if you're using the in-game commands module, you'll still have to restart your Minecraft / server for 99% of the config options to work because of the way it is.

BEWARE - Although the aim of this update was to stop this mod from breaking other mods, I can't guarantee that these changes will not do anything bad. I've tested it on my own computer and no bad things have happened, but I'm not sure how it will interact with the sea of other mods out there. So, if you're not having any problems right now with the mod, feel free to ignore this update. However, I'm sure as you add more mods to the old versions of this mod, one of those mods isn't gonna get along well. I put a b tag to indicate beta but I'll take rename it back to normal if a few days pass without people having problems.

Also, I'm going to check out the 1.16.5 update as well, so stay tuned! If there are no changes related to ores and other areas that this mod uses, you can probably use this version on the 1.16.5 version without problems while I find the time to make sure everything's alright.
