M'Ore Seeds

- Changed mod name to OreSeeds (You will NOT lose your current items)

- Emerald, Gold and Iron Plants now grow differently

- Diamond, Emerald, Gold and Iron Plants now check growing conditions before growing. This means you can still place them down on their respective soil blocks, but they will not grow unless conditions are met. Bonemeal will only work if conditions are met as well.

-More config options:

--Can now chose if plants can grow in peaceful (defaults to false)

--Can now change if Emerald, Gold and Iron plants can grow in the nether only (defaults to true)

--Can now change the drop rate of a second seed for each plant
