A new dragon themed armor and tool set.
A new soul bound enchantment that lets you keep items on death. Every death removes one level of the enchantment until the item is no longer enchanted with soul bound.
It's crafted with a dragon block in the center, 4 nether star blocks on the edges, and 4 books on the corners in the crafting grid.
