### Bug Fix
- Replaced `ore_and_alloy:silicon_ingot` with the canonical bare item `ore_and_alloy:silicon`.
- Silicon now uses the common `c:silicon` tag and can replace equivalent silicon items from other mods.
- Removed silicon ingot recipes, ingot tags, and the automatically generated silicon storage block.
