Ofon's Delight

#1 Arcane Nourishment tooltip now adds the missing flat regen generically by rank:
I = +1 Mana/sec
II = +2 Mana/sec
III = +3 Mana/sec

The native Minecraft tooltip still handles the existing +10% / +20% / +30% Mana Regeneration line, so I did not duplicate that.

#2 Arcane Custard III should therefore show both +30% Mana Regeneration and +3 Mana/sec.

#3 The underlying Arcane Nourishment gameplay math was left untouched. I compared the actual OD-023 source against this build; ArcaneNourishmentManaHandler.java, ModEffects.java, the food definitions, recipes, and effect durations are unchanged.

#4 Glowing Custard and Creme Brillant do not get the new Mana/sec line. Their existing tooltips/effects are unchanged.

#5 I also included the cutting-board correction we had already agreed on: every 1x3 board is now 192 items instead of 196. Gold/Iron/Copper remain 128 and Netherite remains 256.

#6 Existing old 1x3 boards with 193–196 items should remain recoverable. I kept the existing fourth backing slot, but at 192 capacity it no longer accepts new items; old overflow can still be extracted/dropped.

#7 No custard graphics were changed. The heaping-bowl/animated sparkle pass is still deferred, as is placeable/communal Arcane Custard.
