by VoreZ ("Branding") are not licensed under the MIT License.

The MIT License applies to the Software only and does not grant any
trademark, branding, or endorsement rights in the Branding.

2. NO OFFICIAL AFFILIATION

Use, modification, publication, or distribution of the Software under the
MIT License does not grant permission to imply, suggest, or represent that
a website, launcher, distribution platform, server, service, or other
third party is officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by,
partnered with, or authorized by VoreZ or OfflineSkins Reloaded.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION

Third parties may redistribute the Software in accordance with the MIT
License.

However, third-party distribution does not constitute authorization to
represent such distribution as an official OfflineSkins Reloaded source,
