Finding them
Oddments are not craftable. Every one of them is found in loot chests.
The Kite is the one exception. Once you have one, craft it together with any banner to copy that banner's pattern onto the kite.
The Oddments
Charm
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Worrystone | Sets your passive health regeneration to a high fixed rate that ignores hunger and other modifiers. Default: 2 hearts. |
| Four-Leaf Clover | +1 Luck. |
| Lucky Coin | 15% chance to double all drops. |
| Compass of Lost Things | Remembers the coordinates of your last death. |
| Snow Globe | Press the keybind to cycle through snowfall intensities around you. Purely cosmetic. |
| Tuning Fork | Plays a tune when you're near your chosen ore. Shift-right-click to cycle which ore it listens for. |
Ring

| Kite | Slow falling whenever you're falling. Craft with any banner to copy its pattern. Renders trailing behind you on a string. |
| Sprout Satchel | Scatters random flowers underfoot as you walk. Renders on your lower back. |
Head

Configuration
Most aspects of Oddments are configurable through the in-game mod config screen.

Yes. You have blanket permission to include Oddments in any modpack, public or private, without asking. A link back is appreciated but not required.

FAQ
Do I need Curios API? Yes. It is a hard requirement, not optional.
Can I craft these? No, except for applying a banner pattern to a Kite. Everything else comes from loot chests.
Why can't I wear the Kite and the Portable Stove at the same time? They both use the Back slot, and you only have one. Pick your favorite, or add more back slots with a Curios add-on.
Is there a Fabric version? No, and none is planned.
Will you support other Minecraft versions? Older versions, no. Newer versions are possible once Curios updates, and I'll take requests.
