Made it so anglerfish can spawn regardless of the difficulty

 

Changed the anglerfish spawn weight in other biomes from 6 to 4

 

Changed the anglerfish attack damage from 1 to 2

 

Changed the cod spawn weight in Deep Ocean Dunes from 4 to 3

 

Asjusted the trades of the fisherman villager, now buys coelacanth in a bucket for 30 emeralds instead of 60

 

Improved the ai of the anglerfish (again)
