- Added functions to drop and take items on/from the ground or into/from an inventory.
- Added functions to drain and fill fluids into/from a tank.
- Fixed a GUI sync bug. Computer cart gui's generated a lot of network trafic and desync on slotclicks.
- Fixed transferFluidTo function. Moved more than 1000mb by default.
- Changed: reduce default railcraft charge loss from 0.5 to 0.1 and the charge buffer from 5000 to 1000.
