- Fixed grave duplication exploit where players could /exchangeobituary at spawn then /back to claim the
grave again
- Graves now persist properly after world reload (was being removed when chunks unloaded)
- Grave checking now force-loads chunks at death location instead of just checking if chunks happen to be
loaded
- Added 15 block distance requirement when exchanging obituaries in whitelisted dimensions/structures
- /exchangeobituary now only works with obituary in main hand instead of anywhere in inventory
- Fixed graves not being destroyed when exchanging in whitelisted areas
