- Lunar water bottles stack to 16

- Meteor sword model fixed

- meteorKillUnloaded changed to meteorCacheEnabled, which will simply kill meteors who would have gone to cache instead (should improve performance if there are problems with caching)

- Use a new method for removing BlockPoses from the cache, which should guarantee removal from the cache upon spawning

- Check for future block unloaded-ness to work around unloaded entities not getting updated (and therefore not getting put into the cache)

- /nyxclearcache now gives more helpful error messages instead of not responding
