- Added option to define the lunar water item
- Added EXPERIMENTAL option for dealing with meteors in unloaded chunks
- Option to kill meteors if they pass through unloaded chunks
- If previous option is disabled, option to cache meteors in unloaded chunks until the chunk is loaded - could be very laggy when loading chunks due to cached meteors
