Get a toast message when you hit nutritional milestones (configurable).
Nutrient window show you your nutrients and any buffs or debuffs you may have.
Gain extra hearts when all your nutrients are balanced (configurable).
Don't eat enough of a nutrient and you'll feel a little slower and weaker.
Eating too much of a nutrient will slow you down.
When all your nutrients are on target, get some extra health, speed, and efficiency.
