Novablocks version 1.5.1-a : Bug resolutions

Changes :

-Fixed a bug where you couldn't change a half slope into a double half slope if you had more than 1 item in your hand.

-Deleted useless files (jsons)

-renamed "danger" blocks to "hazard" blocks in the en lang file

-removed the hazard half slopes : too hard to melt in with the texture, and to use effectively when it comes to build : basically useless
