What's new
Added the Dinghy (small wooden sailboat) with a variety of sail skins for customization purposes.
Unfortunately, due to limitations within IV, you have to shift gears for the sail to work. It also unfortunately uses fuel, but I set it to be a custom fuel type called "nothing". Just go to the MTS config and allow water to be used for this fuel type.
