- NeoForge 26.3.0.76+

Changes
- Settings screen
- on NeoForge and Forge, the Config button in the Mods list now opens the settings screen on Not So Subtle Improvements, even when Subtle Improvements is installed too.
- the selected mod and category now have a pale yellow border, like the hover highlight. Before, the selected mod's button was greyed out and the selected category was underlined.
- to share one settings screen with Subtle Improvements, use Subtle Improvements 3.5.0 or newer. Older versions have their own screen on the same
\key, so only one of the two opens.
