Not Enough Pets

-Bugfix: Fixed bug introduced in v2.3.1 where NEP dog varieties convert back to vanilla wolves
-Added new config option: Untamed Ocelots Remain Vanilla
-Bugfix: Fixed update checker spamming the console

Update from the archived v2.3.1:

-Bugfix: NEP parrot varieties now spawn in Jungles. Sorry!
-Added new config options: Tamed Wolves Remain Vanilla and Untamed Wolves Remain Vanilla - These allow you to retain the vanilla style wolves alongside NEP's for mod compatibility's sake
-Updated version checker to use threading, so now it should not hang if there's a URL ping error (thanks Roadhog360). I recommend re-enabling the checker.
-Creative tab now says "Not Enough Pets"
-Updated Siamese Cat design (21w11a)
