Nookworks

Nookworks 1.1.0 - for Minecraft 26.3

For Minecraft 26.3 on NeoForge 26.3.0.76 or later (with JEI 31.10 / Jade 26.3.5 or later, if you use them). Worlds from every earlier version keep everything in them.

New

• Books: sneak and use a book on a block's top to lay it there, up to three in a pile, or on a wall's side to lean it against the wall. Each keeps its enchantments and pages; an empty hand takes the top one back.
• The Bookend: books used on it stand upright, spines out, five to a block and on into the next block while there is floor - a row as long as you like, on a desk, a shelf or the middle of a room.
• Recycling: the Recycler shreds worn-out metal things - tools, armour, rails, buckets, anvils and Nookworks' own machines - and gives back half their metal as Scrap (gold as nuggets). The Compressor packs nine of anything into one, as the crafting grid would, with four input slots.
• Building with scrap: Scrap Bales, Corrugated Sheets (thin, for walls and roofs; bare ones rust as copper weathers, painted ones never do) and Patched Sheet Metal.
• Lanterns of every kind and glow berries hang on Thin Rope and Thin Chain; the berries grow down as a cave vine. A lever at a post switches every light on the lines tied there. Filament Bulbs switch by hand.
• Egg dishes: Fried Egg, Boiled Eggs and Tamagoyaki. Campfires a player sets down start unlit.
• Supports have a fourth shape, a post against the wall.
• Spanish, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese, in the game and in the player guide.

Fixed

• Mobs walk round pipes, cables, desks, supports, tanks and other things that stand in a block without filling it, instead of into them.
• The Spawn Egg Brewer keeps what a bottled mob carried and the blaze powder it took in; the Crusher and the Generator refuse a chest that holds things; the Iron Pot refuses a lava bucket.
• Cables and pipes set down by another mod's structures join their machines.
• Many smaller fixes; the full list is in the changelog on the project's files.
