1. Permissions

Permission is granted to:

• Use this mod for personal or public Minecraft gameplay.

• Use this mod on private or public Minecraft servers.

• Include the unmodified mod JAR in modpacks.

• Redistribute the original, unmodified mod JAR as part of a modpack or other Minecraft distribution.

• Download, install, and use the mod from CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub, or other authorized distribution platforms.

• Reference, review, showcase, or recommend the mod in videos, articles, websites, modpacks, or other media.

When redistributing or including this mod in a modpack, appropriate credit must be given to the original creator.

2. Attribution

Any redistribution, modpack, publication, or public presentation that includes this mod must clearly credit:

and, where reasonably possible, provide a link to the original project page or official repository.

The mod may not be presented as being created, maintained, or officially endorsed by another person or organization.

3. Modification Restrictions

The following actions are NOT permitted without explicit written permission from the copyright holder:

• Modifying the source code.

• Creating modified versions of the mod.

• Modifying, decompiling, repackaging, or altering the compiled JAR for redistribution.

• Removing, replacing, or altering the author's copyright notices or attribution.

• Creating derivative works based on this mod.

• Rebranding the mod or distributing it under another name.

• Claiming authorship or ownership of the mod or its source code.

• Distributing modified versions of the mod.

• Publishing modified forks for the purpose of distribution or use as an alternative version of the original project.

Publicly viewing, studying, or discussing the source code does not grant permission to create or distribute modified versions.

4. Unmodified Redistribution

Redistribution is permitted only when the original mod is distributed in an unmodified form.

The original JAR must remain unchanged, including its contents, metadata, branding, copyright notices, and attribution.

Redistribution must not imply that the distributor is the creator or official maintainer of the mod.

5. Modpacks

The mod may be freely included in public or private modpacks provided that:

• The original, unmodified JAR is used.

• The creator is properly credited.

• The mod's original name and branding are not misleadingly altered.

• The mod is not repackaged or modified.

Modpack authors may configure or use the mod according to its documented configuration options, but may not modify the mod itself.

6. Commercial Use

Commercial use of the mod as part of a Minecraft modpack, server, video, website, or other project is permitted, provided that the original mod is not modified and the required attribution is maintained.

Selling, licensing, or distributing the mod's JAR itself as a standalone product is not permitted without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.

7. Forks and Derivative Projects

Forking, copying, modifying, or creating derivative versions of this project for distribution is not permitted without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.

This license does not grant permission to distribute modified forks, unofficial versions, rebranded versions, or derivative works.

8. Third-Party Components

This license applies only to the original work created by the copyright holder.

It does not grant any rights to Minecraft, Minecraft assets, Forge, third-party libraries, third-party mods, or other components that may be distributed separately and are subject to their own licenses and terms.

9. Trademarks and Branding

The mod's name, logo, branding, and other identifying materials may not be used to imply official affiliation, endorsement, ownership, or authorship by another person or organization.

Permission to redistribute the mod does not grant permission to use the creator's name or branding in a misleading manner.

10. No Warranty

This mod is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The copyright holder shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, server issues, world corruption, compatibility problems, or other consequences resulting from the use or inability to use this mod.

11. Termination

Any permission granted under this license automatically terminates if the terms of this license are violated.

Upon termination, the affected party must stop distributing or using the mod in violation of this license.

12. Exceptions

The copyright holder may grant additional permissions or exceptions in writing.

Such permissions are valid only when explicitly granted by the copyright holder.

13. Copyright

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the copyright holder.
