Adds a tag which makes endermen not angy when you looky wooky at dem
Adds a tag called c:no_angy_fwom_looky_wooky which chooses which items which does not trigger endermen when staring at them. By default it's only carved pumpkin in the list. Is not required on client-side and is only 2 classes big.
