~The NiftyBlocks 10-year Anniversary Update~

This is a huge update to celebrate 10 years of NiftyBlocks. The mod has changed quite a bit from its humble beginnings as essentially just an addon to my friend goldensilver853's mod Monoblocks with a thin veneer of Fallout-related items for a creative city-building server goldensilver853 hosted back in the day. It must be said that NiftyBlocks, as it is today, is heavily inspired by Monoblocks's content and I thank him for the ideas. Anyway, thanks for playing with the mod over the years I hope you enjoy the new additions listed below.
