An End Portal and Nether Portal as an Item that can be placed in the world. A full block placement render is included to aide in placement. Modpack makers can use a config option to disable typical Nether Portals and use these in quests for progression!

This version changes item names and textures and adds an End Portal Item, this has prompted a change of name in the mod itself to Portal Frame Item.
