An End Portal and Nether Portal as an Item that can be placed in the world. A full block placement render is included to aide in placement. Modpack makers can use a config option to disable typical Nether Portals and use these in quests for progression!

End Portal Item and Nether Portal Item
When the end portal is placed in the world, it spawns with a single frame without the eye of ender in it and the item you were holding will convert to an eye so you can spawn the portal.
