NeoOrigins Localization 0.8.0 Beta

Major expansion since 0.7.0:

- 17 supported languages (up from 5): French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Simplified Chinese, Czech, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Ukrainian, Indonesian and Swedish.

- Complete NeoOrigins 2.2.26 fallback coverage: 2,296/2,296 keys on Minecraft 1.21.1 and 2,307/2,307 keys on Minecraft 26.1.x and 26.2.

- Added localization support for 10 NeoOrigins add-ons on Minecraft 1.21.1.

- Added separate, audited builds for Minecraft 1.21.1, 26.1.x and 26.2.

- Official upstream translations remain higher priority.

- CI verifies JSON, missing keys, placeholders, version-specific packaging and compilation.

Important:

- Use only the JAR matching your Minecraft version.

- 1.21.1 add-on translations are not included in 26.x builds.

- Original mods/add-ons are required and distributed separately.

- Beta release: in-game wording and interface-width feedback is welcome.
