New: the Mafia and the Shadow Beasts

• The Ten Dons' contact on Mafia Hill posts bounties on the Spiders. Follow a clue trail through Yorknew (informants, Gyo-only traces, a hideout), win the fight and claim Jenny plus aura growth.
• Mafia ranks from Outsider to the Dons' Hand, with discounts, a free auction catalogue and an escort. Each rank-up is a duel against a Shadow Beast: Porcupine, Leech, Mosquito, Centipede and Owl.
• Spiders can now turn up in Yorknew at night (with a warning first).
• The auction raid: some nights the Troupe storms the Underground Auction. Defend it for a big reward.

New: join the Phantom Troupe

• One Troupe per world with 13 seats. Beat an NPC Spider and Chrollo offers you the number; a player Head (#0) invites, kicks and passes on the lead.
• A spider tattoo on your arm with a buff themed on your seat.
• Troupe screen (J or /troupe) with the seats and Troupe chat.
• As a Spider, the Mafia hunts you, and other players can take bounties on you.
• The hideout: orders board, shared vault, personal lockers, meetings.
• Heists: mansion vault, exhibition, auction lot or Mafia convoy. Go quiet with Zetsu for a bonus, or loud against alarms, Shadow Beasts and reinforcements.

New: Whale Island

• Gon's home island, generated once per world far out at sea. Buy the sea chart in Zaban (8 emeralds) and sail there.
• The harbour town, the market, the tavern and the pier, with villagers who all talk about Gon.
• Mito Freecss and Gon's great-grandmother in their house on the hill, and Kon at his den in the forest.
• The Master of the Swamp: a tug-of-war fishing fight with Gon's rod. Land it for a mounted trophy, a harbour feast with fireworks, and Mito's blessing: the Master's Rod.

Changes

• All 13 Spiders were remodelled with taller anime proportions and more detail.
• The Zaban bookseller now also sells the Whale Island sea chart.

Notes

• Existing worlds: Yorknew City and Whale Island generate in chunks that haven't been explored yet. If that area is already generated, they are built by hand the first time someone looks for them (with the map), a chunk at a time.
• Multiplayer-only features (player Heads, invites, kicks, bounties on players, the 7-day inactivity rule) haven't been played by real groups yet. Please report anything odd.
